The intern will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and planning initiatives, contributing their ideas and expertise.
Desired Qualifications: 1. Understand the fundamental principles of operating content platforms like WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and grasp key strategies for gaining followers on these platforms. 2. Possess strong news sensitivity and the ability to accurately judge information quality, including assessing the caliber of written articles. 3. Have a good aesthetic sense, capable of sourcing supplementary images that add informational value to text. A meticulous, almost obsessive, attention to detail regarding text, layout, and imagery is preferred. 4. Content Material Organization and Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials, engage in secondary creation, and design Xiaohongshu graphic content, including image selection, layout, and copy optimization. 3. Account Operation: Manage the daily operation of accounts across various platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Must be familiar with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for different platforms to ensure compliance and maximize reach. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, communicating design needs for videos, providing feedback, and supporting the content creation workflow. 5.
