Bulletin Express02-10 22:40

On 10 February 2026, Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 9611) released a notice regarding the adoption of electronic dissemination of corporate communications. This move aligns with Rule 2.07 of the Listing Rules and the expansion of the paperless listing regime, which took effect on 31 December 2023.

According to the announcement, the company will no longer issue printed versions of corporate communications unless specifically requested. Future documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms—will be available on both the company’s official website (www.longcheer.com) and the HKExnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are expected to proactively check these websites for newly published materials.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to provide their email addresses to the intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited) through which they hold shares. Those who still wish to receive printed copies of corporate communications may send a request form or email to the company’s H Share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, specifying their name, address, and request for printed versions.
