StarHub Ltd (CC3) transferred 1,717,252 treasury shares on Mar, 23 2026 to satisfy share awards granted under the StarHub Performance Share Plan 2014 and the StarHub Restricted Stock Plan 2024.
Before the transaction, the company held 7,378,413 treasury shares, equivalent to 0.42% of its issued share base excluding treasury shares. Following the transfer, its treasury shareholding fell to 5,661,161 shares, or 0.32% of the issued share capital.
The transferred shares had an aggregate value of about 1.81 million Singapore dollars.
