Scholar Edu Adds 523,000 Shares to Trust Under Award Scheme, Citing Undervaluation

Bulletin Express04-14

Scholar Education Group announced that the trustee of its share award scheme purchased 523,000 shares on 14 April 2026. The on-market transaction, executed at an average price of HK$1.58 per share, involved a total consideration of approximately HK$0.83 million and equals about 0.078 % of the company’s outstanding equity.

Following the transaction, the trustee now holds 7.90 million shares—roughly 1.17 % of issued share capital—for future distribution to selected participants in line with the scheme rules.

The board reiterated its view that the current market price materially undervalues the company’s fundamentals and will continue to monitor trading conditions when considering further purchases for the award scheme.
