Taixin Expressway Expansion Project Accelerates During Spring Construction Peak

The Taixin Expressway expansion project, covering the section from Culai Junction to Xintai Junction, is currently progressing at an accelerated pace. Since the closure of the left-side carriageway (Xintai to Tai'an direction) on March 20, earthwork and bridge construction activities have been fully launched. As of April 7, project officials reported that earthwork engineering is 21.2% complete, bridge and culvert works have reached 30.7%, pile foundation work stands at 29.8%, and pier column construction has achieved 10.3% completion. A key milestone of the project, the Chaiwen River Bridge, has seen 82 of its total 92 planned pile foundations completed, with remaining structural components now under rapid construction.
