On May 29th, a tender announcement was released for the Energy Performance Contracting (EMC) service project concerning the tunnel lighting energy-saving retrofit on the Jilai section of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway. The project has a budget of 38.14 million yuan and a service period of eight years.
