RECBIO Announces 2026 Departure of Executive Director Wei Qifang; Dr. Wang Ruwei Appointed as Authorised Representative

Jiangsu Recbio Technology Co., Ltd. (RECBIO) disclosed that Executive Director, Board Secretary, Authorised Representative and Joint Company Secretary Mr. Wei Qifang will step down from all positions on 25 August 2026. The company cited personal reasons and Mr. Wei’s intention to focus on other commitments. He confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Following Mr. Wei’s resignation, Joint Company Secretary Ms. Suen Ka Yan—who meets the professional requirements under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.28—will continue as Company Secretary. RECBIO is evaluating candidates to re-establish the two-secretary structure.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Non-Executive Director Dr. Wang Ruwei as the company’s new Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective 25 August 2026.

The Board currently comprises 2 executive directors, 4 non-executive directors, and 4 independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Xu Haoyu serving as Chairman.
