HUAYAN ROBOTICS Public Offering Oversubscribed by Over 5,000 Times, Sets Final Price at HK$17 Per Share

HUAYAN ROBOTICS (01021) has announced its allotment results. The company globally offered 92.9026 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering comprising 17.4% and the international offering making up the remaining 82.6%. The final offer price was set at HK$17 per share. The net proceeds from the global offering are approximately HK$1.478 billion. Each board lot consists of 200 shares. The H shares are expected to commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by approximately 5,059.38 times, while the international offering was oversubscribed by 16.65 times. It was reported that the over-allotment option has been fully exercised. Consequently, the company will issue and allot an additional 12.1176 million offer shares at the final offer price, representing approximately 15% of the total number of shares initially available under the global offering.
