Maoyan Entertainment Adds HKD 2.92 Million Buyback, Lifts Cumulative Repurchases to 1.84 Million Shares

Bulletin Express10-21

Maoyan Entertainment disclosed in its 21 October 2026 Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 800,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day. The on-market purchases were executed at prices between HKD 3.64 and HKD 3.66 per share, representing a volume-weighted outlay of HKD 2.92 million.

Including two earlier transactions on 13 and 15 October (370,000 and 670,000 shares, respectively), Maoyan’s total buybacks under the shareholder mandate granted on 23 June 2026 now stand at 1.84 million shares. This equates to 0.16% of the company’s 1.17 billion issued shares as at the mandate date, leaving authority to repurchase a further 114.38 million shares.

All 1.84 million repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and therefore remain outstanding in the issued-share tally until settlement. The company’s issued share capital was unchanged at 1.17 billion shares as of 21 October 2026.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Maoyan is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 20 November 2026. No sales of treasury shares or other share-capital movements were reported.
