On April 24th, MIXUE GROUP officially released its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report.
The report indicates that in 2025, MIXUE GROUP continued to build and strengthen its core competitiveness, which centers on its "supply chain + brand IP + store operations" model. To date, the group has established an extensive store network spanning 16 countries globally. In terms of procurement, MIXUE GROUP has built a rigorous sourcing network that covers 38 countries across six continents and continues to increase its presence in key raw material production regions. During the reporting period, the company invested approximately 150 million yuan to build a lemon supply chain center in Anyue, Sichuan. This project involves the development of around 30,000 mu of high-standard, direct-supply lemon demonstration bases, complemented by the construction of cold chain storage and sorting facilities. Once operational, the center is expected to process over 20,000 tons of fresh lemons annually. In 2025, MIXUE GROUP signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency. The agreement outlines plans to purchase high-quality agricultural products, including Brazilian coffee beans, with a total value of no less than 4 billion yuan over the coming years. Disclosed at the group's performance briefing, MIXUE GROUP has planned strategic investments totaling approximately 1.8 to 2.0 billion yuan for 2026. Of this, 1.4 billion yuan is allocated for the deep transformation of its domestic supply chain, aiming for broader adoption of fresh beans, fresh milk, and fresh fruits. For franchisees, MIXUE GROUP utilizes standardized processes combined with AI technology to assess applicants, with a focus on evaluating local operational capabilities to manage business risks from the outset. The company has also established a standardized service system, supported by real-time profit analysis and anomaly alert mechanisms. In 2025, the number of franchisees reached 27,450, marking a 30.84% increase from 2024. For upstream growers, MIXUE GROUP adheres to a direct sourcing model from origins, signing long-term planting agreements and guaranteed purchase contracts. The company continues to focus on social welfare initiatives. Currently, over 10,601 MIXUE GROUP stores have joined public welfare programs. These efforts have resulted in the cumulative donation of over 250,000 interlocking floor tiles and the construction of 50 children's playgrounds in rural schools across multiple provinces, including Guizhou, Yunnan, and Sichuan. In November 2025, MIXUE GROUP launched the "Snow King Coin" mini-program charity project. This initiative engaged consumers to collectively raise approximately 300 million Snow King Coins, which were used to fund the "One Square Meter Bookshelf" project. The first two phases of this bookshelf project have provided about 45,000 books, benefiting 205 townships. The report also shows that in 2025, MIXUE GROUP continued to advance the deployment of photovoltaic projects at its production bases in Henan, Chongqing, Guangxi, and Hainan. Notably, the Guangxi production base received national-level Zero-Carbon Factory certification (Level 3).
