Regal Partners: Executive Director Hok Kan Tse Resigns, Re-election Resolution Withdrawn Ahead of 2026 AGM

Regal Partners Holdings Limited announced that Executive Director Hok Kan Tse resigned effective 19 May 2026 to focus on personal business interests. Tse confirmed he has no disagreements with the board and there are no matters requiring shareholder attention. The board expressed appreciation for his contributions.

Following the resignation, Ordinary Resolution 2(b)—which concerned Tse’s proposed re-election—has been withdrawn from the agenda of the annual general meeting scheduled for 18 June 2026. All other AGM details, including date, time, venue, and remaining resolutions, remain unchanged. Existing proxy forms retain their validity, though no poll will be conducted for the withdrawn resolution.

As of the announcement date, Regal Partners’ board comprises Executive Directors Chong Tsz Ngai, Chan Wing Kit, and Tse Wun Cheung, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Professor Sit Wing Hang Alfred, Professor Lee Chack Fan, Professor Kwan Pun Fong Vincent, and Chen Jianhua.
