SHANXI INSTALL Shareholder Transfers Shares from CM BANK to Citibank in a HK$148 Million Move

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 11, a shareholder of SHANXI INSTALL (02520) transferred shares from CM BANK to Citibank. The value of the transferred shares was HK$148 million, representing 20.60% of the holdings.

Separately, SHANXI INSTALL announced that the issuance of its current bond (the 2026 first tranche corporate bond issued to professional investors) was completed on February 9, 2026. The actual issuance scale was RMB 500 million, with a unit face value of RMB 100. The bonds were issued at a price of RMB 100 per unit and carry a coupon rate of 2.49%. The interest accrual date for the bonds is February 9, 2026. The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to repay the company's maturing debt.
