HTSC Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Switches Fully to Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications

Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (HTSC) announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s homepage (www.htsc.com.cn).

In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, HTSC confirmed a full transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, audited financial statements, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will cease unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to: 1. Provide a functional email address to their relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees) to receive electronic notifications. 2. Proactively monitor HTSC and HKEXnews websites if no email address has been supplied, as no publication alerts will be sent. 3. Submit a completed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services or email huatai.ecom@computershare.com.hk to request printed versions at no cost.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties accessing the electronic documents can contact the H-share registrar at (+86 25) 8338 7780 during business hours or email the above address for assistance.
