Datronix Announces Release of 2025 Annual Report and Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-28

Datronix Holdings Limited issued a notification on 29 April 2026 confirming that the 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been published in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site, replacing the need for printed distribution.

Under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Datronix has formally adopted a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to: 1. Provide a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. 2. Monitor the Datronix and HKEXnews websites for new postings if an email address has not yet been supplied. 3. Request printed copies, free of charge, by emailing datronix.ecom@computershare.com.hk or returning the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

For further enquiries, shareholders may contact the dedicated hotline at +852 2564 8477 during business hours.
