Ming Fai International Releases 2025 Annual Report, Shifts to Full E-Communication for Shareholders

Ming Fai International Holdings Limited has announced that its 2025 Annual Report and the accompanying circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting are now available on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s corporate site (www.mingfaigroup.com).

Key points:

• Document availability: Shareholders can download the English and Chinese versions of the 2025 Annual Report and the 2026 AGM circular directly from HKEXnews or the company’s website.

• Transition to electronic dissemination: In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A, Ming Fai International will distribute all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—exclusively via the HKEXnews and company websites. Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

• Action required for non-registered shareholders: Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries to receive electronic notifications when new documents are published. Without an email address on record, investors will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites themselves; only “actionable” documents (those requiring shareholder instructions) will continue to be dispatched in paper form.

• Option to receive hard copies: Any shareholder who prefers printed materials can request them at no cost by emailing mingfai.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours. The notification was issued on 23 April 2026 and signed by Chairman Ching Chi Fai on behalf of the Board.
