SICC CO., LTD. (SICC) has announced a proposal to add Dr. Feng Xianying, aged 60, to its board as a non-executive director, pending shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 26 June 2026 in Jinan, Shandong Province.
Dr. Feng, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Shandong University, holds a Ph.D. and is a senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. His research spans intelligent-manufacturing equipment design, robotics, and micro-nano processing technologies. Over recent years he has: • Led or participated in 10 national-level projects and 20 provincial-level projects • Completed more than 50 enterprise-commissioned projects, several of which have been industrialised • Secured over 60 authorised invention patents (30 as first inventor) • Published more than 140 academic papers, with over 90 indexed by SCI/EI • Authored two monographs funded by the National Publishing Fund and Hubei Province Academic Publication Special Fund
His accolades include first- and second-prize awards from the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and four provincial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards.
According to the announcement: • Dr. Feng has no prior roles within SICC, no directorships in other listed companies during the past three years, and no shareholdings in the company under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance. • He has no family or financial relationship with any director, senior manager, or substantial shareholder of SICC. • Consistent with the company’s Remuneration Management System, he will not receive director’s remuneration while serving as a non-executive director. • His term will commence upon shareholder approval and run until the end of the current board session.
