Carbon Revolution has secured a new $25 million financing agreement with Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC), to be released in five US$5 million tranches. Each tranche release includes penny warrants for OIC and existing noteholders, representing 5% of outstanding shares. Additionally, existing noteholders agreed to release $2 million of loan reserves in five $400,000 tranches.

Carbon Revolution shares soared 95.4% in overnight trading.

NeueHealth stock rallied 58.9% in overnight trading after the healthcare company announced it has agreed to be taken private by New England Associates, or NEA, at an enterprise value of around $1.3B.

SEALSQ announced its development of solutions to address quantum computing challenges through its QUASARS project, focusing on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and quantum-resistant hardware for IoT and blockchain networks. The company highlighted Bitcoin's vulnerabilities to quantum computing, particularly in p2pk and reused p2pkh addresses. Current scientific estimates indicate it takes approximately 30 minutes for a quantum computer to hack a Bitcoin signature, compared to Bitcoin's 10-minute block mining time.

SEALSQ shares soared 78.2% on Monday. The shares jumped another 20% in overnight trading.

International Seaways shares surged 14.2% in overnight trading, following news the company will join the S&P SmallCap 600 on Dec. 30.

Direct Digital Holdings closed up 900% at $4.95 on Monday in heavy volume trading on no immediate news. The shares jumped another 13.3% in overnight trading.

Tencent’s largest shareholder, Prosus, plans to buy Latin American online travel agency Despegar for $1.7 billion as part of its expansion in the region. Despegar shares soared 32.8% on Mnday. The shares jumped another 6% in overnight trading.

Arcadium Lithium said on Monday its shareholders have voted in favor of a $6.7 billion sale to Australian mining giant Rio Tinto. Shares of Arcadium Lithium rose 3.4% in overnight trading after the company said that about 98% of its shareholders had voted in favor of the sale.
