Haier Smart Home repurchases 0.80 million A-shares for RMB 17.13 million; treasury stock increases to 90.69 million

On 2 April 2026, Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. executed an on-market buyback of 0.80 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for share incentive schemes.

• Transaction details: shares were repurchased within a price range of RMB 21.39–21.45, resulting in a volume-weighted average of RMB 21.41 and a total consideration of RMB 17.13 million.

• Capital structure impact: – Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 6.163 billion to 6.162 billion, a 0.013% reduction. – Treasury shares rose to 90.69 million, bringing total issued shares—unchanged at 6.253 billion—to 1.45% held in treasury.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules and domestic regulations. No shares were cancelled; the bought-back shares are held as treasury stock for future incentive use.
