DTXS SILK ROAD (00620) has announced the resignation of Mr. Dai Zhijie from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. The resignation is to allow Mr. Dai to dedicate more time to his other business commitments.
