YIDA CHINA (03639) announced that in November 2025, the group's contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB30 million, with equity contracted sales also reaching RMB30 million. During the same period, the group's sales area totaled 2,189 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB13,600 per square meter.

For the first 11 months ending November 30, 2025, the group's total contracted sales reached approximately RMB681 million, while equity contracted sales stood at RMB662 million, reflecting year-on-year declines of 23.22% and 22.84%, respectively. The sales area during this period was 54,700 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB12,500 per square meter. The equity sales area was 51,700 square meters, with an average price of RMB12,800 per square meter.
