AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. has scheduled a board meeting for 20 August 2026. Directors will review the unaudited interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and deliberate on whether to declare an interim dividend.

The current board comprises Executive Directors Pan Benjamin Zhengmin, Mok Joe Kuen Richard and Wu Ingrid Chun Yuan, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Zhang Hongjiang, Kwok Lam Kwong Larry, Peng Zhiyuan, Cheng Kwang Ting and Cheng James Su-Ting.
