YH ENT Reports 36.7% Surge in Annual Profit Attributable to Shareholders

YH ENT (02306) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB 907 million, representing an increase of 18.63% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 64.168 million, up 36.7% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 0.08.

Leveraging its comprehensive and professional artist management system, the group has consistently developed diversified career paths and training programs for its signed artists and trainees. As of December 31, 2025, the group had 64 signed artists and 55 trainees participating in its trainee program.

Benefiting from their positive public image and popularity, the group's signed artists have played significant roles in numerous popular productions. These include films such as *A Cloud Resembles You*, *Sunflower*, and *The Breakup List*; series including *Four Joys*, *Immediately On Court*, *Third Watch Snow*, *Midnight Return*, *Deep Affection Eyes*, *Love You*, *Jade Tea Bones*, and *The Beginning of Life*; the documentary program *Exploring New Frontiers Season 2*; and variety shows like *Speed Racer*, *Battle to the Top Season 4*, *I Praise Influencers*, *Taste for You*, *Let's Broadcast! Youth Procurement*, *Detective Academy*, *My Little One*, *Full Speed Ahead*, and *It's Daughter, It's Mom Season 2*.

During the reporting period, several of the group's signed artists or artist groups successfully held their own concerts. These included Mr. Justin Huang's *Jia Xiang World* concerts in Beijing and Chengdu, Mr. Zhengting Zhu's *ZT27 Universe: Realm of Freedom* concert, Mr. Xi Wang's *I* solo tour concert, the Beijing four-year anniversary fan meeting for the signed group NAME, Mr. Wenjun Bi's *Bi Da Destination Birthday Concert*, Mr. Jiuzhou Tang's *JOJOLAND* tour concert, and the debut performance for Mr. Wenhan Li's newly released digital single *Utopia*.

The group is also committed to developing its music IP production and operation business. Throughout the reporting period, the group successfully released 36 digital singles and 9 digital albums, covering a variety of music genres and achieving widespread popularity.
