According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SHOG Creation Limited reduced its stake in OSHIDORI (00622) on June 4th.
The transaction involved the sale of 32.079 million shares at a price of HK$2.4224 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$77.7082 million.
Following this disposal, SHOG Creation Limited's shareholding in the company has decreased to about 1.022 billion shares, representing a stake of 14.71%.
