ZHENRO PPT (06158) announced its sales figures for the period ended March 31, 2026. For the month of March, the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 315 million, representing a decrease of 25.18% compared to the same period last year. The contracted sales area for the month was approximately 21,100 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 15,000 per square meter.

For the first three months of the year, the group's cumulative contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 964 million, which is a decrease of 14.23% year-on-year. The total contracted sales area for the quarter was approximately 68,100 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 14,100 per square meter.
