On April 21, a shareholder of MANYCORE TECH (00068) transferred shares from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) to Futu Securities International (Hong Kong). The transferred shares had a market value of HK$1.449 billion, representing 2.27% of the company's issued share capital. MANYCORE TECH is a leading global provider of cloud-native spatial design software. The company has developed a spatial intelligence framework integrating "spatial editing tools - spatial data - spatial large models," which is applied in areas such as 3D spatial design, e-commerce 3D AI design, industrial digital twins, and intelligent agent training, accelerating the integration of artificial intelligence into the physical world. Its product portfolio includes the spatial design software Kujiale, the overseas version Coohom, and the next-generation Spatial Intelligence Platform, SpatialVerse, for AI development in indoor environments.
