EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505) has announced that Ernst & Young will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026. Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Zhonghui Anda as the company's new auditor. This appointment is intended to take effect upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by the shareholders at the meeting.
