COSCO Shipping Holdings Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.44 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its updated announcement dated 6 May 2026. The update mainly clarifies Hong Kong share-register arrangements and withholding-tax details.

Shareholder approval for the payout is scheduled for 26 May 2026. Key dates associated with the distribution are as follows: • Ex-dividend date: 28 May 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 29 May 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 30 May – 4 June 2026 • Record date: 30 May 2026 • Payment date: 26 June 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the exact HKD amount and the applicable exchange rate will be announced separately. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar.

Withholding-tax framework: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% corporate income tax will be withheld. • Mainland individual investors (including those investing via Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect): 20% individual income tax will be withheld. • H-share accounts not registered in an individual’s name (e.g., HKSCC Nominees, trustees, other entities) will be treated as non-resident enterprises and subject to the 10% rate.
