Risecomm GP Announces Executive Changes: Kenneth Chen Named Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent

Risecomm GP (Risecomm Group Holdings Limited) has announced a leadership transition effective 28 August 2026. Ms. Chau Hing Ling will step down from her roles as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Process Agent pursuant to Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. Her resignation is attributed to personal job reassignment. Ms. Chau confirmed she has no disagreements with the Board, which expressed appreciation for her contributions.

Concurrently, Mr. Chen Kenneth has been appointed to assume all three positions—Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent—also effective 28 August 2026. Currently serving as Risecomm’s Financial Controller, Mr. Chen is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and brings more than a decade of experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, legal, and compliance roles at various Hong Kong–listed companies. His academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and Postgraduate Diplomas in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from the University of Hong Kong’s School of Professional and Continuing Education.

The Board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Chen upon his appointment. Risecomm’s Board composition remains unchanged, comprising two executive directors, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
