On March 11, MOBVISTA (01860) announced a series of changes to its board of directors, effective immediately. The company's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cao Xiaohuan, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. The former Chairman, Mr. Duan Wei, has resigned from these positions but will continue to serve as an Executive Director. Mr. Fang Zikai has resigned as an Executive Director and will continue in his role as Chief Product Officer, focusing on product development and technological expansion. The company's Board Secretary, Ms. Jiang Ruofan, has been appointed as an Executive Director.
