Bulletin Express10-14 17:41

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX) disclosed that it repurchased 122,500 H shares on 14 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase price ranged between HK$1.46 and HK$1.58 per share, resulting in an aggregate consideration of HK$0.18 million.

Following the transaction, UBOX’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0125 % to 976.95 million, while treasury shares increased to 10.24 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 987.18 million shares because the repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The buyback formed part of a broader mandate approved on 28 May 2026 that authorises UBOX to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares. Including the latest transaction, the company has repurchased 10.24 million shares under this mandate, representing 1.08 % of the issued share base at the mandate’s approval date.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or further sales of treasury shares applies until 13 November 2026, in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

UBOX affirmed that the repurchase was conducted in accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that there have been no material changes to the previously filed Explanatory Statement dated 28 April 2026.
