HANSOH PHARMA's Obesity Drug Application Accepted by Chinese Regulator

HANSOH PHARMA (03692) has announced that the New Drug Application for its innovative product, the Olepeptide Injection, has been accepted for review by China's National Medical Products Administration.

The application was formally accepted on June 3, 2026. The drug is intended for the long-term weight management of adults who are obese or overweight.

Olepeptide is a novel, once-weekly dual agonist targeting both the glucagon-like peptide-1 and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptors. It is a proprietary drug candidate developed independently by the company.
