Chifeng Gold Clarifies Record Date for 2026 Second Extraordinary General Meeting

Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Group Limited (abbreviated as Chifeng Gold) has issued a clarification regarding its forthcoming 2026 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The company confirmed that Monday, 16 November 2026 is the record date for identifying H-shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the EGM. This update supersedes the corresponding detail in the circular and EGM notice, both originally released on 22 October 2026.

All other provisions set out in the circular and the EGM notice remain unchanged, and the previously distributed proxy form for H-shareholders continues to be valid.

The clarification was authorised by the board and released on 26 October 2026, signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Wang Jianhua.
