Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (51WORLD) released a supplemental notice for its second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (EGM), expanding the agenda to include two additional special resolutions.

The EGM remains scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at Building BIGGER, Modern MOMA, No. 1 Xiangheyuan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Alongside resolutions already outlined in the circular and notice issued on 29 March 2026, shareholders will now consider:

1. Approval of the proposed Scheme Limit. 2. Approval of the proposed Service Provider Sublimit.

All other items in the original notice remain unchanged. Voting will be conducted by poll, with on-site participation only. Poll results will be published on the company’s website (https://51world.com.cn) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk) after the meeting.

Shareholders wishing to appoint proxies must submit the revised proxy form by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, 20 April 2026. The share register will be closed from Thursday, 16 April 2026 to Tuesday, 21 April 2026 (both days inclusive); transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 15 April 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting.

The notice reiterates that completion of a proxy form does not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting in person and that attendees bear their own travel and accommodation expenses.
