The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$18.386 per share, resulting in a total consideration of roughly HK$23.03 million.
Following this acquisition, JPMorgan's total shareholding in the company now stands at about 17.65 million shares. This position represents approximately 7.51% of the company's issued share capital.
