Shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address may switch from printed notification letters to email alerts by completing and returning the accompanying reply form. The form can be submitted by email to 1991-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, by post, or by hand to Union Registrars Limited at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Local mail can be sent postage-free using the pre-printed label; overseas mail requires appropriate postage.
Requests for printed copies remain available at any time by written notice to the Hong Kong share registrar. Previously submitted requests for hard copies expire one year after receipt unless revoked or renewed.
