WellCell Holdings Releases Circular and EGM Notice, Updates Shareholder Communication Arrangements

Bulletin Express03-31

On 1 April 2026, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited published its latest Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Proxy Form in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.wellcell.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders review the web-based versions to streamline access and reduce paper usage. Nevertheless, registered shareholders may, at any time and free of charge, request printed copies—either in English, Chinese or both—by completing and returning the designated Request Form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

WellCell emphasizes the importance of maintaining a functional email address. Shareholders who have not yet provided or who wish to update their email address are encouraged to submit the Request Form or send the information to duqian@wellcell.com.cn. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will receive hard-copy notifications and actionable corporate communications until an email address is provided.

Enquiries can be directed to the shareholder hotline at (86) 0756-222 9101, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays), or via email at duqian@wellcell.com.cn.

The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Qian Fenglei on behalf of the board of WellCell Holdings.
