Beijing has rolled out a new digital tool designed to make it easier for businesses and residents to handle social security matters close to home.
The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has launched a "Social Security Map" on the "Jingtong" App, bringing together 17 district-level social security agencies, 342 township government service centers, and more than a hundred partner bank service outlets across the city.
The platform introduces four major convenience features: "Smart Recommendations," "One-Click Navigation," "One-Click Calling," and "Smart Q&A," creating a new "smart processing" and "conversational processing" service model with Beijing characteristics, enabling online inquiries, nearby processing, and precise location lookup for social security services.
Users simply need to open the "Jingtong" App, tap the search bar on the home page or the "Jingjing" AI assistant, and search for "Social Security Map." Alternatively, they can select "Services" on the home page, tap "Social Security Basic Information," and find the "Social Security Map."
Smart Recommendations: Precise Matching for Nearby Selection
No more comparing outlets manually or guessing whether a location can handle your request. Based on your real-time location and the type of social security service you need, the system automatically filters and intelligently recommends the most suitable nearby service outlets.
Distance and suitability are displayed clearly at a glance, allowing users to simply choose the outlet they prefer, saving both time and effort.
One-Click Navigation: No Getting Lost, No Wasted Trips
After selecting a nearby outlet, there is no need to copy the address or switch to another map app. Users can simply tap the one-click navigation button on the page for precise route guidance, following it directly to the service location.
One-Click Calling: Inquire in Advance to Avoid Wasted Trips
The outlet detail page supports one-click dialing of consultation phone numbers. Before heading out, users can ask about requirements and verify materials in advance, avoiding incomplete preparations and unnecessary trips.
Smart Q&A: Ask Anytime, Handle Matters While Inquiring
Powered by the "Jingjing" AI on the "Jingtong" App, round-the-clock online assistance is available. Whether it is social security policies, business procedures, or processing conditions, users can ask questions anytime and get answers immediately.
Beyond answering questions, the system also directly pushes the corresponding online processing entry points, allowing many services to be completed entirely online without leaving home.
