Conch Venture issues 24 April 2026 reminder on full transition to electronic corporate communications

China Conch Venture Holdings Limited (Conch Venture) released a reminder on 24 April 2026 confirming that the group has completed its move to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, in line with the arrangement first notified on 12 March 2024.

Key points

• Scope of documents – Electronic distribution now covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Access – Current and future English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company website (www.conchventure.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be sent automatically. • Non-registered shareholders – No functional email addresses have been received from intermediaries. Shareholders holding Conch Venture shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited should provide a valid email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive actionable corporate communications electronically; otherwise, printed actionable documents will continue to be supplied. • Opt-in for hard copy – Any shareholder preferring printed materials can submit the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or email conchventure.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name, address and the request for hard copies. • Enquiries – The Hong Kong branch share registrar’s hotline is +852 2862 8688, available 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday except public holidays.

The reminder was issued under the authority of Company Secretary Chen Xingqiang and reiterates Conch Venture’s shift to a paper-less communication model in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
