Sinotruk HK Adds Independent Director Zhao Hang to Remuneration Committee

Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited announced a change in its board committee structure: Independent Non-Executive Director Zhao Hang has been appointed to the Remuneration Committee, effective 27 March 2026. Zhao Hang’s other directorships within the company remain unchanged.

Following the appointment, the Remuneration Committee now comprises three independent non-executive directors—Lyu Shousheng (chairman), Zhang Zhong and Zhao Hang—aligning the committee fully with independent oversight standards.

As of the announcement date, Sinotruk HK’s board consists of seven executive directors, three non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors, reflecting a total board size of 15 members.
