Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 9th, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. increased its holding in KINGDEE INT'L (00268) by approximately 13.94 million shares.
The transaction was executed at an average price of about HK$7.04 per share, involving a total consideration of roughly HK$98.20 million.
Following this acquisition, the financial institution's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 252 million shares.
This revised holding now represents about 7.1% of the company's issued share capital.
