WEIGAO GROUP Executes HK$0.25 Million Share Buyback, Outstanding Shares Dip 0.0018%

Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (WEIGAO GROUP) reported a share repurchase of 79,200 H-shares on 1 September 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought back on the Exchange at prices ranging from HK$3.195 to HK$3.240 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.2072 and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.25 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased to 4,459.11 million, representing a 0.0018% reduction from the previous day. • Treasury shares rose to 63.22 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 4,522.33 million, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 29 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 446.46 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now total 5.90 million shares, equating to 1.32% of the issued share count at the time the mandate was granted, leaving approximately 440.57 million shares available for further repurchase.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, WEIGAO GROUP is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 2 October 2026.
