The transaction occurred on May 28, involving 51,000 shares at a price of approximately HK$1.314 per share.
The total value of the sale was around HK$67,000.
Following this disposal, Spring Asset Management's remaining shareholding stands at approximately 78.9 million units.
This represents an ownership stake of 5.31% in the trust.
