AINNOVATION (02121) has announced that, following approval at the annual general meeting, Ms. Tao Ning has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director for the second term of the Board of Directors. Her tenure is effective from the date of approval at the annual general meeting until the conclusion of the second Board term.
The company also convened an employee congress meeting on May 15, 2026, during which Mr. He Tao was elected as an Employee Representative Director for the second term of the Board. His term will commence from the date of approval at this employee congress and will continue until the end of the second Board term.
