Da Sen Holdings Group Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 August 2026.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02, equivalent to HKD 30.00 million. • Issued shares stood unchanged at 1,095.68 million, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued share capital stayed flat during the month.

Public Float Compliance The company confirmed that at the end of July it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares.
