Xinhuanet Co.,Ltd. (603888.SH) announced plans to invest 200 million yuan of its own funds into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinhuanet Venture Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Venture Investment"). The move aims to accelerate the company's current business strategy and future development needs while enhancing the core competitiveness of the subsidiary. Following the capital injection, Venture Investment's registered capital will increase from 100 million yuan to 300 million yuan, with the subsidiary remaining fully owned by Xinhuanet.
