HAIDILAO (06862.HK) announced a reshuffle of its board members on the evening of January 13.
Effective January 13, former CEO and Executive Director Gou Yiqun has resigned, and Board Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Yong will concurrently assume the role of Group CEO. Following his resignation as CEO, Gou Yiqun will focus on promoting the intelligent and automated planning of management processes across the Group.
Additionally, Song Qing has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee, and Gao Jie has resigned as Executive Director; Song Qing will continue to serve as the Director of the Group's Product Committee.
The announcement stated that to support the company's continuous innovation and long-term development, and to actively train and cultivate the younger generation of management team, four individuals—Li Nana, Zhu Yinhua, Jiao Defeng, and Zhu Xuanyi—have been appointed as Executive Directors of the company. Concurrently, Li Nana has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee.
Reviewing the resumes of the four new directors, all have grown within the HAIDILAO system for a considerable period. The earliest to join, Li Nana, started in October 2005 and over the past 20 years has held positions including store manager and coach in several of the Group's stores and regions. The most recent to join, Zhu Xuanyi, had already joined as early as 2018 and has been serving as Secretary-General of the CEO's Secretariat since July 2023.
