CONTIOCEAN (02613) announced that Mr. Shua Huadong has resigned as the company secretary of the Company. He has also ceased to serve as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and as the authorized representative to accept service of process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. All changes are effective from January 6, 2026.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tong Dazhao as the company secretary and authorized representative. Concurrently, the firm's Hong Kong legal advisor, Tong Dazhao Solicitors, has been appointed as the authorized representative to accept service of process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). These appointments also take effect from January 6, 2026.
