Tigermed repurchases 3.07 million A-shares for RMB121.70 million, treasury stock rises to 10.51 million

Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tigermed) disclosed that on 11 June 2026 it bought back 3.07 million A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, spending RMB121.70 million in total. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from RMB39.13 to RMB39.96 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of RMB39.61.

Prior to the transaction (as of 10 June 2026), Tigermed had 730.47 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 7.43 million treasury shares, for a total of 737.90 million shares in issue. The latest buyback reduced the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) by 0.42% to 727.39 million and lifted the treasury-share balance to 10.51 million. The overall number of shares in issue remains unchanged at 737.90 million.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with both Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rules and the relevant Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulations.
