Tesla has announced on X that it intends to expand the availability of its FSD V14 Lite system to Hardware 3 (HW3) vehicles in international markets. However, this expansion is conditional upon the completion of its rollout in the United States market first, and the company has not provided a specific timeline for the international release.

According to the post from Tesla, "Following the future U.S. launch of FSD V14 Lite for HW3 vehicles, we plan to expand V14 Lite to additional international markets. This update ensures that owners of HW3 vehicles can continue to benefit from ongoing software improvements. Due to the international rollout being subject to various factors—such as the completion of technical validation, regional adaptations, and approvals from relevant regulatory bodies—we cannot provide a definitive date at this time but will share updates as they become available."
