IMOTIONTECH (01274) announced that its L4-level autonomous driving domain controller, the iDC700, has officially entered mass production and delivery. The first batch of unmanned logistics vehicles equipped with this controller has been deployed for road operations.
The company also recently secured a new project design win from a leading domestic technology company for an unmanned logistics vehicle domain controller. Leveraging platform migration and technology reuse from the iDC700, this project is expected to achieve rapid deployment and high-quality mass production.
To date, the company has obtained multiple unmanned logistics vehicle domain controller projects, including those from two major domestic OEMs. The expected sales revenue for this domain controller over its full lifecycle (three years post-mass production) is projected to reach approximately RMB 750 million.
With this mass production project, the company has delivered a hardware-software integrated platform validated through a mass production system to its customers and the market. This platform enables a more controllable balance between quality, efficiency, and cost, signifying that the company's L4 autonomous driving controller solution has completed engineering validation and is now formally progressing towards large-scale deployment in real-world logistics scenarios.
Concurrently, this project has deepened the company's understanding of hardware-software performance boundaries, L4-level operational scenarios, and the commercial requirements for unmanned vehicles.
Moving forward, the company will continue to invest in R&D and mass production resources to support the transition of unmanned logistics vehicles from demonstration operations to "stable, efficient, and replicable" commercial scenarios, thereby continuously consolidating and enhancing its market competitiveness.
The company will actively advance the development of the newly acquired design win project. Acknowledging the risks and uncertainties inherent in the research and development process for unmanned logistics vehicle domain controllers, the company will diligently proceed with product development while strengthening risk management to mitigate potential impacts from market fluctuations.
